Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The Max-Depth Gauge 60 Meter Wrist Gauge, this analog depth gauge has two needles, one (tipped in fluorescent pink for high visibility) indicates current depth; the other indicates the maximum depth reached on a dive. After each dive the max depth needle can be reset to 0. Since the shallow depths - 3 to 10 meters - are where critical safety/decompression stops take place, the scale for those depths has been expanded to make it easier to read. The depths beyond those considered safe for sport divers - 40 to 60 meters - are fluorescent pink, noting caution. The Max-Depth has a luminescent face that allows it to be read in low light conditions. Because of its universal dimensions, the Max-Depth module fits into all Oceanic gauge consoles as well as those from many other manufacturers.
